CLARITY AT EVERY STEP

Your home. Your shortlist.
Your decision.

Browse freely, understand the evidence, and choose exactly who you contact.

Find the right fit

Search by project and confirmed service area. Look for experience with work like yours.

Look beyond the badge

Read what was checked, by whom, and when. Review actual project examples and compare the scope.

Start a conversation

Call directly or send a request to one business. For comparisons, choose up to three named recipients.

Different facts. Different labels.

Each label on a listing means exactly one thing. Paying never changes any of them.

Owner-managed

The business has confirmed authority to maintain the listing. This does not establish trade licensing.

License checked

An applicable license status was checked with an issuing authority on a displayed date. Scope and current status still matter.

Insurance document supplied

A document was provided. We state separately if coverage was confirmed with the insurer, and when.

Sponsored

The business paid for promotion. Payment does not establish credentials, quality, or a recommendation.

About this directory

HomeProRegister is an independent directory of local home service businesses, starting in Flagler and Volusia counties, Florida. It exists so homeowners can find a business that does their kind of job, see what credential information is available, and contact that business directly.

Coverage

As of 2026-11-06, HomeProRegister lists 2,777 businesses across 30 cities, focused on Palm Coast, Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach and the rest of Flagler and Volusia counties. Orlando is next; we will call it covered once enough local businesses there have confirmed their details. Listings start from public business records and are updated by owners after they claim them. License numbers and certifications are entered by the business unless a listing says otherwise — you can look up any Florida license with the DBPR.

Where listings come from

We compile listings from public business records and the businesses' own websites. We write our own short descriptions and never copy text or photos from anywhere else. Owners who claim a listing can correct it and add their own details. Listings are free and stay free.

What our labels mean

License numbers and certifications shown on a listing are provided by the business or taken from its website unless the listing says otherwise. Claiming a listing, paying for placement and holding a license are three separate things.

Corrections and removals

If something on a listing is wrong, use the "report a correction" link on that page. If you run a business and want your listing removed, ask through the same link and we will remove it within one business day. We do not need a reason.

What we do with quote requests

You choose who receives a request: one business, or up to three you name. Before anything is sent you see each business's name and exactly what they will receive, and you confirm. Nobody else receives it — not a sponsored business, not a substitute. If a business you chose stops taking requests or can't be reached, we tell you and send it to nobody else.

Your request has a private page (the link is in your confirmation email) showing, for each business, whether the email was delivered and whether they acknowledged it, replied or sent an estimate. You can message them, record which one you chose — a note, not a contract or a payment — or withdraw the request. Requests that look like spam are held for a person to check before anything is sent. We do not sell your details.

What “checked” means

Each listing shows ownership, contact details, state license and insurance separately. “Checked” means a person confirmed it against a source on the date shown (for licenses, the state's public record, linked). “Document received” means we hold a document we have not checked yet. “Review requested” means the business asked us to check something we haven't checked yet. “Provided by the business” means exactly that. An expired license or certificate stops showing as current. Paying for a Pro profile never changes any of these.

Pro profiles and sponsored placement

Businesses can pay for a Pro profile, which adds their own story, project stories, questions and photos and a labeled “Sponsored” slot at the top of matching searches. Sponsored slots are shown separately from the other results, whose order does not depend on payment: businesses based in the place you searched first, then those with license evidence on record, then owner-managed listings, then public review counts.
